I found this on line somewhere while searching for ABM recipes. This one is so easy, very tasty and a family favorite. Ingredients:
1/2 cup warm water |
3/4 cup milk |
3/4 cup cream-style cottage cheese |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 cups bread flour |
1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
2 teaspoons yeast |
Directions:
1. Add ingredients in manufacturer's suggested order. 2. Basic bread cycle. 3. This makes a 2 lb loaf. |
