Ingredients:
4 medium-size tomatoes |
1 cup 1% low-fat cottage cheese |
3 tablespoons chopped fresh dillweed |
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Slice off tops of tomatoes; scoop out pulp with a small spoon, discarding pulp. Invert and drain on paper towels. 2. While tomato shells drain, combine cottage cheese and next 4 ingredients, stirring well. Spoon mixture evenly into tomato shells. Sprinkle with paprika. |
