I make this on the holidays, the grandkids love it. Ingredients:
6 potatoes - boiled peeled and diced |
1/4 lb. velveeta cheese cubed |
1/2 med red or green pepper |
1 tbs. dried minced onion |
1 cup milk |
1 slice of white bread crumbled |
1 minced green onion |
1/2 c. butter |
1/2 tsp. garlic salt |
1/2 tsp. celery salt |
1 tsp. parsley |
couple shakes of celery seed |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes till fork tender 2. Cool peel and dice potatoes in 9x13 baking dish 3. Cube velveeta cheese toss with potatoes 4. Melt butter add milk and spices 5. Combined all ingredience crumble bread, in shallow baking dish 6. Bake 350 for 1 hour |
