Simple. Fast. Delicious. Alternative to traditional pizza. A healthy snack or quick meal. Ingredients:
1 flour tortilla |
1/3 cup cottage cheese |
1/4 cup spaghetti sauce |
1 cup spinach, thawed and drained |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Spread sauce over tortilla leaving room for a crust . 3. Put spinach on top. 4. Spoon cottage cheese on top of spinach. 5. Bake in oven for 6 minutes. |
