Ingredients:
1 flour tortilla
1/3 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup spaghetti sauce
1 cup spinach, thawed and drained
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Spread sauce over tortilla leaving room for a crust .
3. Put spinach on top.
4. Spoon cottage cheese on top of spinach.
5. Bake in oven for 6 minutes.
