Ingredients:
1 pound(s) ground beef |
1/3 cup(s) ketchup |
1 tablespoon(s) worcestershire sauce |
salt and pepper |
1 1/2 cup(s) frozen peas and carrots |
3 cup(s) mashed potatoes |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in ketchup and Worcestershire sauce; season with salt and pepper. Add frozen peas and carrots. Transfer to 4 individual baking dishes. Top with mashed potatoes. Bake at 400 deg until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Can also top with shredded cheese. |
