beef and potatoes...mmmmm Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1/3 cup ketchup |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
salt and pepper, to taste |
1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots |
3 cups mashed potatoes |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Brown beef. 3. Stir in ketchup and worcestershire. 4. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 5. Add peas and carrots. 6. Transfer to individual baking dishes. 7. Top with mashed potatoes. 8. Bake until golden brown (30-40 min). |
