Ingredients:
2 large eggs |
1/2 cup(s) cream-style, small curd cottage cheese |
1/2 cup(s) sour cream |
1 teaspoon(s) sugar |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 cup(s) thoroughly fork-stirred flour |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs slightly. Add cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar and salt. Beat just enough to distribute these ingredients - mixture will not be smooth. Gradually fold in flour. Prepare an electric skillet by heating to about 375 degrees, spraying on cooking spray, then wiping off. When skillet is hot, form pancakes of desired size well apart. When bubbles on top start to break, check skillet side of cakes. When done, flip and brown other side. Serve with additional sour cream and blueberry jam. |
