Cottage Loaf Ingredients:
1 lb minced beef |
salt |
pepper |
1 pinch mixed herbs |
1 egg white |
1 carrot |
1 tomato |
1 onion |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and blend well until combined. 2. Place a strip of foil on a baking sheet and place the mixture onto it. Shape into a loaf or alternatively use a lined loaf tin. 3. Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through. Slice and serve hot with a slection of vegetables or cold with a large mixed salad. |
