Ingredients:
1/3 cup instant milk |
1/4 cup water |
3 eggs |
1/3 cup cottage cheese |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 dash pepper |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 tablespoon chopped chives |
Directions:
1. Blend together nonfat dry milk, water, eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper and chives. 2. In a medium skillet melt butter. 3. When hot, add egg mixture and cook over low heat until set. 4. Serve immediately. |
