This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Brunson Estate in Midlothian, Texas in 1990. Ingredients:
3/4 cup sour cream |
12 ounces large curd cottage cheese well drained |
1/4 cup green bell pepper diced and chilled |
1/4 cup green onion sliced and chilled |
2 tablespoons pimientos chopped |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
lettuce |
Directions:
1. Blend sour cream with cottage cheese. 2. Stir in bell pepper, onion, pimiento, salt and pepper then serve on lettuce. |
