These are crisp and golden on the outside and creamy on the inside! The cottage cheese gives these pancakes their tangy flavor and creamy texture. Serve with butter and pure maple syrup. 10 Minutes to Prepare and Cook Ingredients:
2 cups fat free cottage cheese |
4 eggs |
1/2 cup flour |
Directions:
1. Mix cottage cheese,eggs & flour in a small bowl. Let rest for an hour or overnight in the fridge. 2. Heat nonstick griddle 3. Spoon batter on griddle and fry untill bubbles on the surface of the pancale remain open. When bottom side is a nice golden brown flip till other side is the same color. 4. Finish pancakes on a plate with a little Sweet n Low and add sliced fruit of your choice. |
