High in protein and very satisfying. Try them plain, with maple syrup or with honey. I love them with honey! Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese |
3 eggs |
2 tablespoons melted butter |
1/4 cup flour |
1/4 tsp salt |
1 tsp honey |
Directions:
1. Scramble eggs 2. Mix in cottage cheese 3. Mix in melted butter 4. Separately mix the flour and salt 5. Add dry mixture into wet mixture slowly 6. Grill 1/4 cup of batter on a hot pan till they start to bubble and flip. 7. Pancakes should be golden and white on both sides 8. Serve with some honey |
