So light and tasty. Delicious with stewed or canned fruit, as well as syrup! Ingredients:
1/2 cup cottage cheese |
2 eggs |
2 tablespoons plain flour |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 dash cinnamon |
Directions:
1. In medium bowl, mash cottage cheese till almost smooth. 2. Add eggs, beat lightly. 3. Add flour, salt and cinnamon; mix well. 4. Drop by scant 1/4 cup onto lightly greased hot griddle or skillet. 5. When bubbles appear on top, turn and brown lightly on other side. |
