may be slightly lower in fat..I use 1% cottage cheese, but the analyzer used 2% Ingredients:
2 c lowfat cottage cheese, 1% milkfat |
2 eggs |
1/2 c ketchup |
4 tsp onion |
2 tbl mustard, prepared |
1 c oats |
2 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
2 lb ground beef, 96% lean |
2/3 c grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and place in an ungreased 8 square baking dish. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until done. |
