Serve in a green, red or pepper shell for great presentation. Lower fat dip from Better Homes & Gardens New Dieters Cookbook . Cook time is refrigeration time. Ingredients:
1 cup low fat cottage cheese |
1 green onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, snipped |
1 teaspoon dried dill |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 dash garlic powder |
Directions:
1. In a food processor bowl or blender container place all ingredients. 2. Cover and process or blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. 3. Serve with vegetable dippers. |
