Ingredients:
1/2 cup small curd cottage cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
8 ounces imitation crabmeat, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup sweet onion, chopped
lettuce leaf
1 tomato, cut into wedges
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, mustard, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir in crab, celery, and onion.
2. Serve on lettuce-lined plates with tomato wedges.
