Cottage Cheese Crab Salad |

I always have krab and cottage cheese in the fridge, so this mayonnaise-free salad is a staple in our house. Ingredients:
1/2 cup small curd cottage cheese |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 (8 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, chopped |
1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed |
1/4 cup chopped celery |
1/4 cup chopped green onion |
lettuce leaf |
1 medium tomato, cut into wedges |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, mustard, garlic powder and pepper. Stir in crab, peas, celery and onions. 2. Serve on lettuce-lined plates with tomato wedges. |
