This tasty smoothie is just the result of my experimenting. Came out quite well! I had this for desert, but could be good for breakfast. Ingredients:
1/2 cup cottage cheese |
1 cup skim milk |
3/4 cup blueberries |
2 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute (or to taste) |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender. 2. Drink. |
