I just love cottage cheese and olives together! Serve with raw veggies or chips. Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon horseradish mustard |
1/2 teaspoon vinegar |
1 tablespoon minced onion flakes |
6 pitted black olives, chopped |
6 stuffed green olives, chopped |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
salt |
Directions:
1. In a blender container, combine cottage cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and onion flakes. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Spoon into a bowl. 4. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. 5. Chill to blend flavors. |
