This is a recipe that my dad's wife has been making for years, the ketchup makes it! Along with the ginger-ale, it balances out the tartness of the lemon juice. There are lots of versions of ceviche, my favorite is the taste of Costa Rica! Read more ! Ingredients:
1 lbs tilapia |
1 bundle cilantro finely chopped |
1 med onion finely chopped |
1/4 red bellpepper finely chopped |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1 cup gingerale |
3 tsp ketchup |
Directions:
1. Cut fish in cubes, mix with rest of ingredients. 2. Put glass bowl in refrigerator over night. 3. 1/4 cup servings with 1/2 tsp ketchup on top. 4. Mix. |
