Try this fresh twist....from Must use the Pearl sake from Momokawa...they are all different in flavor at this distillery - and all distilleries are NOT created equal, so it MATTERS!!! They rock!

Ingredients:

2 ounces momokawa pearl sake

1/2 ounce cointreau liqueur or 1/2 ounce triple sec

1 ounce cranberry juice

1 dash lime juice

Directions:

1. Shake with ice and strain.
2. Serve up with lime wheel.
