Corn Bread with canned corn Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1 cup yellow cornmeal |
1 tbs. baking powder |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1 cup skim milk |
1 egg |
1/4 cup olive oil |
11 ounces canned corn |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients then moist ingredients. 2. Bake 1/2 hr in greased iron skillet, 375 degrees. |
