Ingredients:
2 cups cornmeal |
2 cups milk |
2 eggs, lightly beaten |
1/3 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine cornmeal and milk in a large mixing bowl; stir well. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in eggs and salt 2. Drop mixture by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Turn patty cakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges are browned. Serve hot. |
