Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1 cup yellow cornmeal |
1/3 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon onion powder (or to taste) |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder (or to taste) |
1 cup cream-style corn |
1/2 cup miracle whip light |
3 tablespoons canola oil |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. 2. Make a well in the center and add all remaining ingredients. 3. Stir just until mixed. 4. Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups. 5. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. |
