1 (8 1/2 ounce) package corn muffin mix |
2 egg whites |
1/3 cup milk |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. Coat Madeline pans with cooking spray. 2. In a large bowl, combine corn muffin mix, egg whites, milk, and dill. Mix until just moistened. 3. Spoon 1 heaping tablespoonful of batter into each Madeline hollow, spreading to fill evenly. 4. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden. Let cool in pan on a wire rack for 5 minutes. Unmold and cool completely. |
