1 cup yellow cornmeal |
1/2 cup flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup plain yogurt |
1 cup sour cream |
1 egg |
2 egg whites |
6 tablespoons milk |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, sour cream, egg and egg whites. Stir in milk. 3. Pour into dry ingredients, mixing gently until just combined. 4. Coat a nonstick griddle with cooking spray. Drop batter 2 tablespoons at a time onto griddle. 5. Cook, turning once until golden on both sides, 3-4 minutes. |
