These Biscuits are great with Beef Stew. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups gluten-free flour |
1 cup cornmeal |
1/4 cup sugar |
3 tablespoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 cup milk |
1/4 cup canola oil |
Directions:
1. In mixing bowl combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add eggs, milk, and oil. Mix throughly. 2. Roll dough out on floured surface to a 1/2 inch thickness. Cut out 2 inch biscuits. Place on baking sheet. Bake in a 450 degree oven, for 10 to 12 minutes till golden brown. |
