Ingredients:
1 cup(s) butter (room temperature) |
1 package(s) 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature) |
2 cup(s) flour |
2 eggs |
2 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
2 cup(s) packed brown sugar |
chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Mix butter, cream cheese and flour 2. Shape into balls with lightly floured hands β walnut size (1β to 11/2β). If too sticky, add flour 3. Shape pastry crust with finger or tool 4. For the filling, combine eggs, vanilla and brown sugar 5. Fill tarts 3/4 full 6. Sprinkle with chopped pecans 7. Bake at 350ΒΊ for about 25 minutes 8. While still warm, loosen with a pointed knife and flip out. |
