From an old WDFF cookbook... Ingredients:
3 eggs |
4 ounces sugar |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
20 ml flour |
3 ounces cornflour |
Directions:
1. Beat eggwhites until stiff. 2. Add sugar and beat again until mixure is very stiff. 3. Add yolks and beat again. 4. Sift in dry ingredients and mix well. 5. Bake at 375 F for 12-15 minutes. 6. Do not open oven for 12 minutes. |
