this dish goes great with chicken pork chops and ham Ingredients:
1 bag frozen hashbrowns (southern style) |
1can cream of mushroom soup |
1 stick butter |
8 oz sour cream |
2 cups mild cheddar cheese |
about 2-3 cups of crunched up cornflakes (potato chips are a great substitute) |
Directions:
1. pre heat oven to 475 2. melt butter 3. combine hashbrowns, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream ,cheese and melted butter 4. mix till everything is well blended together 5. pour potato mixture into 9X13 pan and even out 6. add crunched up cornflakes to top (use as many as desired) 7. bake for 1-11/2 hrs or until a golden brown color |
