A new way to spice up brunch.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/3 cup skim milk
3 cups corn flakes
1/3 cup maple syrup
4 slices bread
2 tablespoons butter
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredientsexcept cornflakes.
2. Dipp bread in egg mixture then into corn flakes.
3. Fry with butter until golden.
