A new way to spice up brunch. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla |
1/3 cup skim milk |
3 cups corn flakes |
1/3 cup maple syrup |
4 slices bread |
2 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredientsexcept cornflakes. 2. Dipp bread in egg mixture then into corn flakes. 3. Fry with butter until golden. |
