Another quick and easy candy Ingredients:
1/2 c. sugar |
1/2 c. brown sugar |
1 c. corn syrup |
1 c. peanut butter |
6 c. corn flakes |
1 c. peanuts, salted |
1-12 oz.pkg. chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. In pan; mix sugar, brown sugar and syrup over low heat. 2. Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute. 3. Take off the heat and add peanut butter. 4. Stir well. 5. In a large bowl stir together the corn flakes and peanuts. 6. Add the sugar mixture and mix. 7. Press firmly into a 9 x 13 greased pan. 8. Melt chips and pour over the pressed mixture. 9. Put in refrigerator and cool for 1 hour. |
