Tastes like French Toast. Can be made sweet by sprinkling powdered sugar on them and omitting the parmesan. Have alot of cornflakes and decided to experiment. *Cooking spray, margerine, butter, or oil are all acceptable to pan fry these tasties. *I added a teaspoon of mexican style shredded cheese per beret, and a wedge of tomato, and a large black olive sliced for presentation. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
2 cups corn flakes |
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Whip eggs. 2. Mix in parmesan well. 3. Fold in cornflakes and thoroughly coat. 4. Spray pan and fry on medium heat until golden brown flip and repeat. approx 1-2 minutes depending on climate. I live in Florida which is very humid and really messes with recipes. 5. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and garnish with a wedge of tomato and a large black olive sliced. (Optional). |
