Ingredients:
4-5 pound(s) corned beef brisket |
1 cup(s) dairy sour cream |
1/4 cup(s) prepared yellow mustard |
1 teaspoon(s) sugar |
2 teaspoon(s) prepared horseradish,drained |
teaspoon(s) worchester sauce |
Directions:
1. Simmer corned beef in water to cover for about 1 hour per pound.. Prepare sauce by combining in a small saucepan sour cream, mustard, sugar, horse-radish and Worcestershire sauce. Heat, but do not boil. Serve as a topping for slices of hot or cold corned beef. Serve with boiled potatoes, cabbage and carrots. |
