Ingredients:
1 can (12 oz) corned beef brisket
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
20 ounce mixed vegetables, frozen
1/4 cup onion ; chopped
3 stalks celery ; chopped
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a Dutch oven.
2. Add water if needed.
3. Cook for 1 hour over medium heat.
4. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve over warm biscuits
