If you like corned beef, this is a must try. I found this in a local restaurant and I attempted to re-create it. It turned out good but they needed a thicker coating of batter. Please Comment on ways to improve
Ingredients:
1 corned beef brisket (flat cut)
beer batter
Directions:
1. Put beef in pot and bring to boil
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 hrs
3. Remove from heat and let cool
4. Trim off any fat and cut into strips against the grain about 1/2 inch thick
5. Prepare Batter
6. dip beef into batter and deep fry about 2 - 3 minutes
7. Serve with mustard
