A great lunch! Ingredients:
10 ounces mild cheddar cheese, shredded |
12 ounces corned beef, canned |
6 tablespoons yellow mustard |
1 medium onion, grated |
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
6 english muffins, halved |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well. 2. Spread onto English muffins. 3. Heat in oven on broil or toaster oven. 4. Store in refrigerator. |
