Corned Beef 'n Cabbage Casserole |

This sounds like a good way to use up left over corned beef and cabbage. Ingredients:
4 cups chopped cabbage |
1 cup sliced celery |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1/4 cup butter |
8 ounces pasta, cooked,drained |
1 (12 ounce) can corned beef |
4 ounces shredded swiss cheese |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon caraway seed |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Saute cabbage, celery and onion in butter. 3. Add remaining ingredients; mix well, spoon into 2-quart casserole. 4. Cover; Bake 45 to 50 minute or until heated. |
