Corned Beef Hash Meal

A yummy easy to make breakfast meal under 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
corned beef hash
1 cup chopped cooked corned beef
2 cups small cubed potatoes
2 tablespoons finly chopped onion
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
2-3 tablespoons butter
corned beef scrambled eggs
1 tablespoon finely chopped corned beef
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
2 eggs
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. CORNED BEEF HASH
2. place potatoes in plastic bag, add a few drops of water, twist seal so its closed.
3. put in microwave for 4 minutes
4. in pan, melt butter
5. add potatoes, onion, parsley cook until potatoes are nearly done
6. add corned beef
7. cook until potatoes are fully cooked.
8. CORNED BEEF SCRAMBLED EGGS
9. place eggs in bowl, scramble
10. add corned beef, salt, pepper, and parsley flakes
11. cook until done.
12. serve with buttered toast and enjoy :)
