Great for Breakfast to go with your eggs! Ingredients:
canned corned beef |
frozen hashbrowns |
salt or seasoning salt |
black pepper |
olive oil |
Directions:
1. In a frying pan, heat up the olive oil and fry up your frozen hashbrowns about 4 cups. Season with Salt/Seasoning Salt and Black Pepper to your liking. 2. When Hashbrowns are done or close to done cooking add the can of Corned Beef..stir until the Corned Beef is heated thoroughly. 3. Serve Up with Eggs Over Easy! |
