My girlfriend Christy brought this to a potluck. It is really good on Ritz crackers. Ingredients:
2 pkgs of corned beef (carl budding) chopped (cubed) |
4 tbsp milk (maybe a little more) |
16 oz - sour cream |
8 oz - cream cheese |
1 tsp. pepper |
1 tsp. onion salt |
1 tsp. garlic salt |
1 tsp. lawry's season salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all in crock pot on high.
2. Make sure to stir frequently.
3. turn to low once everything is mixed and melted together.
