From the RT Women's Club. Submitted by Cora Eldridge. This is a recipe to post for safekeeping since DH doesn't like cabbage and it contains none. Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) can corned beef |
1/2 lb processed american cheese, grated |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 cup milk |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 (8 ounce) package noodles (pre-cooked) |
Directions:
1. Alternate layers of noodles with beef mixture in a 2 qt baking dish. 2. Bake at 325 oven for about 40 minutes, or until the mixture bubbles up and is browned. |
