Very easy recipe and goes great with a cup of soup. I got this recipe from my mom. Ingredients:
1 (8 count) package hamburger buns |
1 (12 ounce) can corned beef, shredded |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup chopped green olives |
1/2 cup catsup |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Open buns and remove the soft centers. 2. Combine the corned beef,worcestershire sauce, cheese,catsup, olives mix well. 3. Then fill the buns with this mixture and place the top back on. 4. Wrap each sandwich with foil. 5. Heat oven to 375 and place in oven on sheet for 25 minutes. 6. These sandwiches freeze well. 7. The soft centers can be cubed and seasoned for crutons. |
