Here is another easy appetizer for St. Pat's Day.Good for any get together. Ingredients:
6 savory cabbage leaves |
1/4 c mayonnaise |
1/4 c chopped parsley |
1/4 c dill |
2 slices rye bread |
1/2 lb corned beef |
1 spoonful whole grain mustard |
Directions:
1. Cook cabbage in boiling water about 2 mins. Rinse under cold water;pat dry;slice in half. Mix mayonnaise ,parsley and dill;spread on cabbage leaves 2. Cut rye bread into strips. Slice corned beef into strips and toss with whole grain mustard.. Top cabbage leaves with a few strips each of bread and corned beef. Roll up and slice in half. |
