2 lbs corned beef brisket |
6 potatoes small (red) |
1 1/2 cups rutabagas |
0.08 cups carrots |
1 head cabbage |
Directions:
1. Place Corned Beef in Dutch Oven cover with water and add spice pack. 2. Bring to boil and then cut back to simmer for 2 hours. Add Vegetables and cook until tender. Add the cabbage and cook for 15-20 more minutes. 3. remove Corned Beef and let cool before slicing. 4. Put Vegetables in a bowl and add broth on top as desired. |
