This is a very simple and extremely yummy recipe. I got it from my mother-in-law and don't ever make it any other way. Ingredients:
5 lbs corned beef |
2 (12 ounce) bottles honey mustard (billy bee is the best) |
Directions:
1. Boil corned beef for one hour. 2. Dump out water and replace with fresh water. Boil again for as many hours as possible. The longer you boil it the softer it will be. 3. Take out of water and place in baking dish. Cool. 4. Cover with honey mustard and bake until heated through. |
