This is literally corn bread. Moist and delicious.I got this recipe from Mrs. Capshaw at church. I changed the name to protect the innocent. :o) Ingredients:
1 c. self rising flour |
1 c. sour cream |
1 c. cream style corn |
1/2 c. vegetable oil |
3 eggs |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450° 2. Mix all ingredients well and pour into corn stick shaped pan or muffin pan. 3. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. |
