Great addition to my Texas Enchiladas and very much like Marie Callendar's cornbread. So good pipin' hot & fresh from the oven! Ingredients:
1 (8-1/2 oz) pkg jiffy corn bread mix |
1 cup bisquick |
1 tbsp sugar |
2 eggs |
2/3 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients. 2. Add eggs and milk. 3. Stir until ingredients are moistened. 4. Pour into greased 8-inch square baking pan. 5. Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes. |
