This recipe came from my niece-in-law. Her mother made this for her family and had to make more just so my niece could get some. Very easy and quite delicious! Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
2 (15 ounce) bags pepperidge farms seasoned stuffing mix |
2 (10 ounce) bags chopped frozen onions |
Directions:
1. Crumble meat, season as usual, drain fat. 2. Mix FROZEN onions into meat. 3. Fold in stuffing mix. 4. Place in 9 x 13 glass dish. 5. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes, to heat throughly. |
