MY AUNT GAVE ME THIS RECIPE. IT WAS ONE OF MY DAD'S FAVORITES!
Ingredients:
about 3 cups cornbread (made from your own recipe)
5 strips of bacon, fried until crisp, crumbled
1 to 2 large tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
1/2 to 3/4 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish (optional)
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. CRUMBLE CORNBREAD IN LARGE MIXING BOWL.
2. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS MIXING UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
3. * GREAT SERVED WARM OR COLD
